ORDER FULFILLMENT
UK Mainland Delivery Only: We currently only sell and ship vape products to customers residing within the UK Mainland.
FAST ORDER DISPATCH
To ensure prompt delivery, we prioritize dispatching all orders received by 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, on the same business day. While unforeseen circumstances or high order volume may occasionally cause a slight delay, we employ DPD for most dispatches to guarantee swift processing. In some instances, standard tracked deliveries may be fulfilled through Royal Mail services.
- DPD Next Working Day: Most of our customer orders are dispatched via the Next Working Day service with DPD. Offering a fast, reliable, and tracked delivery service.Â
- Standard Tracked Delivery: On occasion, we may also send some consignments with Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class tracked services.
- Click & Collect (Orford Store Only): Order online and pick up your items at our convenient Orford store location. You’ll receive a notification email once your order is ready for collection.
